Bitters! Historically the bitter flavor was an essential part of the human diet but in our "modern" times, we find much less of that flavor in our foods. They are so amazingly supportive of the digestive system and really, once you start taking them daily and/or before meals you won't want to go back. Bitters are known for easing digestion, soothing gas and bloating and can also relieve occasional heart burn and nausea. You don’t have to take bitters with every meal… in fact it might be better not to so that your body can also maintain it’s own balance but the addition of bitters daily or before a large meal can be incredibly helpful.

This blend packs some major bitter flavor and is really helpful for getting your digestive system back on track. With ginger root, orange peel, burdock root, angelica root, sage, gotu kola and chamomile, this blend is sure to get you and your digestive track moving. Organic raw honey offers a bit of a sweetness to balance the sharp bitter flavors.
