The 5 multi-week workshop series are listed at $225 with 3 sliding scale tiers (to reduce registration to $150-200, depending on your needs).

Please note— these workshops are for building your personal practice. They are not trainings and will not prepare you to be a breathwork facilitator. I’ve seen quite a bit of harm in breathwork and meditation spaces, and much of it stems from a lack of thorough training. I feel strongly about ethical, trauma-experienced facilitation, which in my experience requires a deep, rigorous, robust training container. I have a few programs I recc here.

Upon registering, you will get a confirmation email with the Zoom link as well as reminder emails. If you are unable to attend live, everyone who registers will receive the recording link emailed the day after. The recording is just my face and voice so there are not privacy concerns. Since there is a recording, no refunds will be given.

June 4th 2026: THE SLOW DOWN: conscious breathing for DEEP rest + restoration

This will be the last virtual workshop until August.

Join this for 90 minute workshop focused on slow, conscious breathing techniques— like diaphragmatic breath, slow circular breath, and physiological sigh— to bring your body into rest and restoration aka our parasympathetic response. A bit different than my workshops focused on utilizing Three Part breath, this workshop aims to be a gentle restorative space.

In these days of overwhelm, uncertainty, and escalating violence, our bodies are holding so much and certainly are struggling to access a deeper sense of rest and restoration. And yet— in order to keep showing up to this complex and difficult moment, we need to be able to access this, to be able to both respond AND rest and recover. It’s easy to get caught in the swirl and feel really far away from ourselves so this workshop is all about coming back home to ourselves, to building a gentle relationship of deep care with our aliveness.

We will utilize an instrumental + low-lyric playlist as well as generative writing prompts to help support this restorative breath practice.

Breathwork is the conscious practice of engaging the breath to support the nervous system, feel and process emotion, and access deeper states of awareness, consciousness, and interconnection. It doesn’t require fancy equipment, perfect conditions, or even words. Just your body, your breath, and your willingness to engage in presence and practice.

When we breathe together, we remember that we were never meant to do this being alive thing alone.
