I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I will not be able to reschedule you without a 50% rebooking fee or refund you after 48 hours before your session time. Having this in place allows me to honor my time and continue to offer sliding scale work sustainably. Thank you for your understanding.
These practices do ask you to dig deep, show up to, and engage with your own healing, with the guidance and support of me, of course. It's powerful and simultaneously requires your full participation.
Our work together involves ongoing and engaged consent. It’s a two-way agreement. After the first session, if we continue working together, each of us can recommit to or move on from this working relationship at any time.
I have a zero tolerance policy for violent behavior and language in session.

All sales include the live, virtual workshop AND the recording (of just my face and voice because I believe in informed consent.)

General

Every product sold on this site is made (or written) personally by me, Jennifer, using high quality, organic, eco-conscious ingredients and shipping supplies. Many of the plants are grown in my high desert garden and the rest are sourced from small, ethical, organic farms.
If a remedy has an essence that is considered a poison (like Datura), please know this is just an energetic essence— it does not contain the poisonous constituents.
The Datura balm is not hallucinogenic nor poisonous when used topically.

How to Take a Tincture

Each internal remedy has directions for use on the bottle and comes with a card so you can get a sense of how much of a dropper is a “dropperful”.
You can take the internal remedy under the tongue or in a couple ounces of water or tea.

How Long Do Herbal Remedies Last?

Alcohol-based tinctures and elixirs really can say effective for many years (upwards of 5 years!) but I recommend you use within 1-2 years of purchasing/ the date written on the bottle for the highest quality and effectiveness.
For teas, smoke blends, and alcohol-free glycerites and oxymels, the shelf life is a little shorter. Use within 1 year of purchase/ the date on the product.
For topical remedies, use within 1-2 years of purchase. Keep in a cool, dry place. If you get water in the topical, you may experience degradation of the product quality so try to keep away from water.
Please keep all remedies out of direct sunlight and in spaces that are not too hot. You are welcome to refrigerate any item if you’d like but please note, it might change the texture of the balms and other topicals.

Orders + Shipping Information

As I am just one person and because this work is slow medicine, it can take upwards of 2 weeks for me to get your order out.
I ship 1-2x per week through USPS. I am currently only shipping within the United States but if you are outside the United States and are willing to cover additional shipping costs (which can run from $20-$50 USD depending on amount and location), please contact me.
Please double check your delivery address that you put in when you order. If you do see an error in your mailing address, please email me ASAP.If the package gets returned to me because of an incorrect address, I’ll ask you to pay shipping again for the second shipment.
If your package gets lost, I’m not able to do much. Please check in with your local post office before reaching out to me.
