3.23.23 || 90 minute Breathwork for Aliveness Recording
This recording is from a virtual workshop on March 23rd 2023. This is a practice group with an expansive theme that changes focus month to month— this session works agitation, tension, anger, and grief.
In this 90 minute workshop we will be working with Three Part breath and Diaphragmatic breath through a trauma-experienced lens. You will also have some time to write and reflect. This video is just my face and voice.
We are in an ongoing, unprecedented and painful moment in time. As we come to terms with what is happening in our world, our presence and maintaining connection to our own energy and each other is vital. Come breathe into and care for the parts that are worried, that are scared, that are overwhelmed, that feel lost. Come tend to the past trauma and woundings that might be flaring in this moment of the unknown. Come breathe into the parts of yourself that still want to feel joy and pleasure. Come call on your breath to reconnect to a deeper and sustained sense of aliveness with people all over the world. Come discharge some energy. Come show up for yourself and check in to see how you can also show up for your communities more. Come remember your own wise inner healer. Come breathe into the mystery. Come bend time. Come lean into the psychedelia of waking life, of the unconscious made conscious.
