A mind enlivening and spirit soothing tea of three mints— lemon balm, skullcap, and peppermint as well as blue cornflower— to be enjoyed day or night.

Cooling, minty, relaxing, and fresh flavor profile.

Herbs are grown by me in the ancient orchard as well as sourced from small, organic farms, and local when possible!

  • Organic skullcap, lemon balm, peppermint, and blue cornflower

    All herbs are either locally and ethically grown, hand-collected, or are sourced from an organic herb farm.

  • 1 tb. per cup. Brew covered for 10 minutes and enjoy.

  • Note on Contraindications: Some herbs do have contraindications. Best to research before working with any plant.
