ENERGY FIELDS: a monthly energetic essence club

The power of an energetic essence is subtle and requires faith and trust— it’s gentle and supportive guidance for weary spirits, for broken hearts, for embodied revolutionary practice in remembering change is possible, and for reconnecting the the energy and fullness of aliveness. The intention is to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms through creative exploration and ceremony and the expansive energetics of an essence*. Think FUN and PLAY and LISTENING DEEPLY TO PLANTS, LAND, and YOUR WISE SELF.

Each month you will receive one essence—different each month—alongside a suggested mindfulness practice as well as writing prompts to explore your relationship with the essence. You will also receive a short piece of writing about the energetic essence from me, in an envelope, to be opened at the end of the month after you’ve explored the essence on your own— alongside a earth-based pigment mini-painting print, painted by me-- with a few drops of the essence in the watercolors.

This will ship out right around the 28th of each month— in time for working with in the next month.

Last day to receive the next month’s essence will be the 26th of each month— so if you want to get August’s— you must sign up on or before July 26th, if you want September’s— you must sign up by August 26th and so on.

This is a subscription club so you once you sign up, you will be billed every month— you can cancel at any time before the 24th of the month but if your charge has already gone through for the month— your subscription will finish after shipment.

  • Each month you will receive:

    *1oz energetic essence (dosage bottle + changes each month)

    *one card with instructions for use and suggested prompts and an earth based pigment mini-painting inspired by the essence

    *one card (in an envelope) with my interpretation of the essence to be opened at the end of the month after you’ve worked with it

  • Energetic essences are subtle but powerful medicine. Made with the blooms of flowers or parts of plant or in relationship to land and place, the essence holds the energetic body of the material and by introducing your body to the energetic body of the plant, incremental shifts can occur on an emotional and spiritual level. The essences are made by placing plant material in filtered water, under the sun and moon, and then adding an alcohol or apple cider vinegar for preservation.

    If you want to learn more about essences, I highly recommend Heidi Smith’s beautiful book “The Bloom Book: A Flower Essence Guide to Cosmic Balance”.

  • Energetic essence, filtered water, and either brandy or apple cider vinegar. (Your choice upon subscribing.)

    All essences are made by me personally.

  • Take 3-5 drops in mouth or in a glass of water. You can also put in a bath or on your skin if you do not want to ingest.

    Shelf life is many years for the brandy-based ones and one year for the apple cider vinegar-based ones!

  • Essences are the safest way to work with plants as it is simply the energetics of a plant suspended in filtered water and a preservative.
