Fucking Hell Tincture

from $20.00

I mean, does this formula even need a description? It’s been a tiiiiime it’s been a time. In late summer 2021, I needed a new formula to help me with the depression::grief::rage cocktail that has been the last almost two years and this is what came through.

We are all holding and navigating so much. It’s too much. When the depression::grief::rage cocktail hits, we can feel like we are moving through mud with very little to help brighten the path.

Calling on wood betony, mimosa, st. john’s wort, and cinnamon chip, the hope is that they will help us get our head above water just a bit. This formula isn’t meant to erase the hard stuff we’re navigating but rather, help us stay afloat, help us find our way, lift some of the heaviness so that we can hold steady. The way through is to feel it all and feel it we will do— but with a little help from our plant friends.

Once this formula came together, I worked with it for a month and slowly slowly I started to find my way through the muck. I felt a little more resourced, a little more present, a little more ready to hold on. I hope it offers the same for you.

  • Organic wood betony, mimosa, st. john’s wort, cinnamon chip, energetic essences of moss and datura, and vodka

All herbs are either locally and ethically grown, hand-collected, or are sourced from an organic herb farm.

  • Take 2 droppers 2-3x a day in mouth or water/tea.

  • Note on Contraindications: Some herbs do have contraindications. Best to research before working with any plant.

There are a number of contraindications for use of St. John's Wort and a solid list is here. Please review before considering. Not for use for people taking SSRIs as St. John's Wort is contraindicated. And if you are taking estrogen or HRT, if your levels are "balanced" it can shift the levels a bit and could make it seem as if you are a bit deficient, while taking SJW, or overloaded if you stop. It's not necessarily a reason to not take it, but something to consider and perhaps if you do decide to try it, a lower dose and monitoring your levels is ideal.

If you are on medications, experience complex health conditions, or are pregnant and/or breast/chest feeding, please do check in with a trusted medical provider or research to make sure these plants are ok for you before use.
