  • Organic rose, hawthorn, skullcap, tulsi, lemon balm, nettle, and oat tops

    All herbs are either locally and ethically grown, hand-collected, or are sourced from an organic herb farm.

  • 2 tb. per cup. Brew covered for 10 minutes and enjoy.
