Organic peppermint, skullcap, and passionflower
All herbs are either locally and ethically grown, hand-collected, or are sourced from an organic herb farm.

1-2 tb. per cup. Brew covered for 10 minutes and enjoy 30 minutes before sleep or whenever you want and need to slow down and rest.
